Background

In 1984, Nicholas Eancheff started Genie Services and began providing carpet cleaning services to the metropolitan Phoenix multi-housing industry. Nicholas quickly realized there were gaps in make ready services throughout the industry. In response to customer requests, we began offering other make ready services. With one phone call customers could now schedule painting, cleaning, drywall, maintenance, resurfacing, and other services.

Genie Services created a competitive edge through experience, professionalism, and guaranteed work. Nicholas developed strong relationships with apartment communities and property management teams in Phoenix which prompted expansion into similar markets in other states. In 1994 Genie Services expanded to Las Vegas, Nevada followed by Houston, Texas in 2005. The company maintains memberships with and supports the multi-housing associations in each community. Genie continues to improve and expand services to meet the needs of our customers.

Insurance

Genie Services is compliant with state business, insurance, and licensing requirements in each location. All locations carry Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Insurance coverage. Genie Services is also registered with many document management services including Compliance Depot, Net Vendor and Registry Monitoring Insurance Services.

Licensing

Genie Services is licensed in painting and drywall in the states of Arizona and Nevada.
